The expert moderator will take a bearish view, challenging investors on how they’re navigating risks in each jurisdiction. After 20 minutes of quickfire questioning, we move onto another market. Once all country pitches have been heard, the audience vote on which market they think is most attractive.

      At last year’s event, an expert economist forecast the impact of the EU referendum vote on the real estate market. We test some of the assumptions made before the result to understand if the market has responded as expected.
