Matthew Dunlap is a partner of Morrison & Foerster (International) LLP, based in the London office. His practice focuses on complex cross-border transactions, including high yield and crossover debt offerings, acquisition financings and liability management exercises.
Matthew has significant experience advising both issuers and investment banks, primarily representing private equity and corporate issuer clients. Before joining Morrison & Foerster, Matthew practiced in Houston and London at another international U.S. firm.
Tatjana is Co-Head Public Markets and manages the Muzinich Enhancedyield Short-Term strategy and the Muzinich Sustainable Credit strategy. She is a founding member of the European Leveraged Finance Alliance, a member of the ECB’s Bond Market Contact Group, a regular participant at the UBS Investor Forum and a frequent speaker at investment conferences. Tatjana is a leading advocate for incorporating environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices into credit portfolios. Tatjana joined Muzinich in 2007 from Metlife Investments, where she served as an Associate Director of the Higher Return Unit. Prior to that she worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager in European High Yield for Fortis Investments and as a portfolio manager and credit analyst at Legal & General Investment Management. She has a Ph.D. from the London School of Economics, a Masters from the Kiel Institute of World Economics in Germany and an M.Sc/B.S. in Economics from the University of Vienna.
Farnam is HSBC’s EMEA Head of Sustainable Bonds, where she advises HSBC’s debt capital market clients across all sectors on sustainable finance. She also sits on HSBC’s Green Bond and Loan Committee. Farnam joined HSBC in 2017 after completing her MBA at the Said Business School at the University of Oxford. Prior to that, she was with leading ESG ratings firm Sustainalytics, where she developed its second opinion services for green/social/sustainability bonds, consulted on framework development for corporate and public sector issuers, and designed the firm’s product offerings for the assessment of human rights risks. She has over nine years of experience working with investors, issuers, and other stakeholders on the integration of environmental and social factors into investment decisions, including the development of investment strategies for some of the world’s largest asset owners.
Trisha works at Deutsche Bank, where she heads the ESG Advisory & Sustainable Finance team at the Investment Bank. The team works across the Investment Bank's Origination & Advisory unit. She comes to Deutsche Bank with considerable experience in green bonds, ESG ratings, product management, and new business development. Trisha is a recognized expert on green and social bonds, sustainable lending, ESG risk in fixed-income, thematic impact products, and carbon. She speaks regularly on these topics.
Previously, Trisha worked at Sustainalytics, where she headed globally the award-winning Green and Social Bond product. She was also responsible for growing Sustainalytics' suite of issuer facing ESG products. During her almost 5 year tenure at Sustainalytics, Trisha helped build the company into the largest global external review provider. She oversaw strategic expansion of the service into the Asia-Pacific region, and more than doubled global product revenues for 3 consecutive years.
Prior to Sustainalytics, Trisha has held product, program, and team management roles in the private and non-profit sectors in the areas of quantitative analysis, global health, micro-finance, and impact evaluation. She has 10+ years experience working in 3 languages, and has lived and worked in 8 countries- Canada, India, New Zealand, Oman, UAE, UK, USA and Zambia.
She is an alumna of the Fletcher School at Tufts University, University of British Columbia, and the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative.
Hannah joined the LMA's legal team in November 2018 and assists with the Association's documentation projects, education and training events and regulatory and lobbying matters. Hannah leads the LMA's real estate finance work and is also involved in all the LMA's ESG initiatives.
Prior to joining the LMA, Hannah was a banking and finance solicitor at Osborne Clarke LLP where she acted for numerous domestic and international corporate banks and UK and international borrowers on a variety of syndicated finance transactions, with a particular focus on real estate finance.
