The session "High yield - the tourist destination of 2017" featured a variety of buyside and syndicate views on the prolonged flurry of high yield issuance. Adam Samoon from Debtwire led a discussion on the erosion of covenant terms, record tight pricing, loan market cannibalisation and the impact of the market abuse directive on reporting requirements.

Later that day, Mike Peterson of Creditflux chaired a lively debate between LP investors Local Pensions Partners, StepStone and Capital Generation Partners on the decision-making process when allocating across private credit, fixed income and private equity opportunities.
