Fernando is a partner at Blantyre Capital, a European-focused special situations credit fund. Prior to joining Blantyre, Fernando was a Principal in Special Situations at KKR Credit, focusing on distressed transactions across various industries in Europe. He also held several Board positions in portfolio companies in various sectors. Previously, Fernando was an Associate in the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey. He started his career in Corporate Finance at Deutsche Bank, focusing on the Industrials sector. Fernando has a double degree in Law and Business with a Major in Finance from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE)

Mr.García-Ginovart is a member of Houlihan Lokey’sFinancial Restructuring Group. Before joining the Madrid office, Mr.García-Ginovart was based in the firm’s London office.
Mr.García-Ginovart covers the Spanish market and has worked on a number of creditor- and debtor-side, in and out of court restructuring transactions and distressed engagements. Mr. Francisco has experience in complex transactions across various jurisdictions and restructurings which he has participated include Abengoa (I, The Bankerdeal of the year 2018in Europe, II and III), Adveo, Aldesa, Bodybell, Celsa, Codere (TheBanker deal of the year 2017 in Europe), Elsamex, Eroski, Eurona (I and II), FCC, General de Alquiler de Maquinaria (I and II), GrupoGallardo Balboa, Lecta (I and II), MarmeInversiones, Naviera Armas, OHL, ReyalUrbis, Renewable Power International and Riofisa.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. García-Ginovart worked at KPMG Corporate Finance, participating in a variety of M&A transactions and independent valuations and working with companies such as Amper, Comsa, Fluidra, Gas NaturalFenosa, La Seda de Barcelona, and Spanair.
Mr.García-Ginovartholds an M.Sc. in Business from ESADE Business School and an MBA from INSEAD.

Miguel joined Gómez-Acebo & Pombo in 1999 and became a partner in 2010. He is specialized in restructuring and distressed situations, acquisition finance, asset (including tax leases) and project finance, private equity and corporate finance matters. Miguel has a degree in Law and an advanced-level Degree in Business Law by Universidad Pontificia de Comillas – ICADE (1999). He also has a LL. M. Degree by Georgetown University (Washington D.C., United States) with honours (LL. M. in Securities and Financial Regulation). He is member of the Madrid and New York Bar Associations.

Chiara Elisei is Co-Deputy Editor at Debtwire Europe and heads up the restructuring desk. She started at Debtwire in 2008, focusing on restructuring and expanding Debtwire’s Southern Europe coverage. Prior to joining Debtwire, she worked as a reporter at Italian newspapers Corriere della Sera and Il Messaggero, and national broadcasting company RAI, covering current news and international affairs. Chiara graduated in Classics at Scuola Normale Superiore, Pisa, where she also got a PhD in June 2010.
