Richard Goldman is a Senior Legal Content Specialist with Debtwire where he is responsible for tracking dozens of high profile in-court and out-of-court restructurings across various industries and sectors,including retail, E&P, healthcare, minerals and mining, and automotive. Prior to joining Debtwire in 2015,Richard was a restructuring and litigation attorney, practicing in the New York offices of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Togut, Segal & Segal LLP, where he represented debtors, official committees,lenders, purchasers and trustees in several high-profile restructurings. Richard holds a BS from Cornell University and earned his JD from Brooklyn Law School where he graduated cum laude.

Her coverage includes breaking news stories and analytical articles about distressed borrowers and debtors, including Energy Future Holdings, ATP Oil & Gas, Samson Resources and Nortel. She received an MA in Business and Economic Reporting from New York University and an MA in European Politics & Policy from Manchester University, UK, where she was an Open Society Foundation/George Soros scholarship recipient.
Michael Teplitsky joined Wynnchurch in 2008. Prior to joining Wynnchurch, Michael was with Lime Rock Partners, where he was involved in the execution of numerous energy sector investments across North America and Europe. He began his career at UBS in its Investment Banking Department in New York and was a member of the Global Energy Group. Michael’s responsibilities range from deal origination and structuring to due diligence, execution and monitoring. Michael’s experience includes transactions involving family businesses, corporate carve-outs, underperforming companies and restructurings. Michael holds a BA degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
