Cyril Tergiman joined EQT Partners in 2008 and is a Partner of EQT's Credit team in London.
Cyril is a graduate of Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC, Paris) and also holds a BsC in Economics from Universite Paris IX-Dauphine.
Prior to joining EQT Partners, Cyril was involved in structuring and negotiating financing for leveraged buyouts, levered corporates, as well as restructurings as a professional in the leveraged finance teams at Citi and before that at BNP Paribas in London.
Cyril is a member of the Credit Partners Investment Committee.
Ivelina joined CQS from Goldman Sachs in 2015, where she most recently headed European Distressed Debt Trading. In this capacity, she was responsible for trading and investing in all public and private corporate distressed debt across bonds, loans and claims, as well as reorganised and private equity. She started her career at Goldman in 2004 in New York, and moved to London in 2007 to focus on European Distressed Debt Trading and Investing.
Stephen Phillips is co-head of Orrick's European Restructuring team and brings significant experience in advising banks, bondholders and corporate groups on restructuring and banking matters. Praised for his ‘pragmatic and clear advice’ by Legal 500, Stephen's practice focuses on advising alternative credit providers, hedge funds and the special situation arms of investment banks and is well-placed to handle cross-border mandates as a result of Orrick's extensive European, Asian and US network of offices.
Andrea has over 15 years’ experience working as an adviser and buy-side investor in restructuring transactions.
Since joining THM, Andrea has advised on a range of large, complex European restructuring situations including several bank resolution processes.
Andrea is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He previously worked for Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers.
Rob manages the editorial team in London, overseeing the leveraged loan, high yield, restructuring and mid-market desks. He joined Debtwire in 2007 as a high yield reporter covering primary markets, going on to head the desk and ramping up its secondary market coverage. He became deputy editor at the start of 2011 and took over as managing editor mid 2012.
Prior to joining Debtwire, Rob reported for two years on the European securitization market at EuroWeek, where he covered new ABS asset classes such as catastrophe bonds, as well as the development and subsequent collapse of the sub-prime RMBS market.
He began his career as a chemical engineer, initially working as a research technician for ICI Explosives in South Africa, before moving to Europe taking up a technical sales role in the European industrial water treatment sector.
