Paolo Binarelli has twenty+ years of experience in the Italian and European ABS/MBS market; having joined Banca di Roma as an ABS structurer in 1999 and then in Mediocredito Centrale (MCC). From 2000-2001 he worked in MPS Finance (Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena) and from 2002-2003 he was employed at Mediobanca as an ABS analyst and product specialist on the fixed income sales desks. Following this, Mr. Binarelli moved back to Rome, when he took up a post with Capitalia (former Banca di Roma) for five years to set up and run the ABS/MBS trading desk. In April 2008 he has worked at P&G Alternative Investments SGR as a Fund/CDO portfolio manager and ABS/MBS analyst for three years before joining the Securitized Products & Loan Trading desk at Banca IMI (Intesa Sanpaolo) in Milan as ABS/RMBS Trader. Paolo Binarelli holds a degree in Economics from Universita' di Roma "La Sapienza" and a Master in Finance from SDA Bocconi School of Management.
Rob Ford is a Founding Partner of TwentyFour and a member of the 11 strong ABS portfolio management team.
Rob’s main responsibility is managing the firm’s ABS business, including the Monument Bond Funds, the TwentyFour Income Fund, UK Mortgages Limited and a number of institutional mandates. He also is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.
Rob has been trading ABS since their inception in the late 1980s, and as one of the market’s leading authorities on the sector, he is also a pivotal member of a number of high level market initiatives and steering groups, and a regular consultee for regulators, central banks and policymakers across the UK and Europe.
Rob previously spent over 20 years at Barclays Capital (formerly BZW) in London as a fixed income trader covering a broad range of instruments, where he established and managed the floating rate credit trading unit and was a Managing Director and Head of European ABS Trading.
Sjoerd Humble is heading for Funding & Portfolio Management team within Obvion. The team is amongst others responsible for the STORMsecuritisation programme. Sjoerd joined the Treasury department of Obvion in2016. Before he worked at ABN AMRO for 6 years. Sjoerd has a MSc degree in quantitative Finance and Actuarial Sciences from Tilburg University.
