Holly has more than 30 years of experience in providing turnaround services for companies in the retail, distribution, consumer products, financial services, media, and hospitality industries. Before joining AlixPartners, she was a principal with XRoads Solutions Group. Holly has a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. In 2007, the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) recognized Holly with its Turnaround of the Year Award for the successful turnaround of Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc. In 2011, TMA once again recognized Holly with its Transaction of the Year Award for the successful refinancing of Neff Rental. Holly was named Woman of the Year in Restructuring in 2014.

Nicole Greenblatt is a partner in the restructuring group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP where she represents debtors, creditors, equity holders and investors in all aspects of complex corporate restructurings, including Chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings and special situation investments or acquisitions. Nicole’s practice includes advising clients with respect to business operations in Chapter 11, advising senior managers and boards of directors of financially troubled companies with respect to restructuring strategies; providing advice relating to mass tort and environmental liabilities of financially troubled companies; providing advice, negotiating and structuring financings and other commercial transactions; and advising clients seeking to purchase businesses and related assets out of Chapter 11 proceedings. Nicole has played a lead role in several high profile restructuring matters spanning multiple industries and has represented clients in multi-jurisdictional and cross-border matters.
Described by clients as an “an exceptional attorney,” Nicole has been listed as a leading lawyer by Chambers USA in each of its 2014-2019 editions. In the 2019 edition, sources praised Nicole for being “very strong” and “very thoughtful,” adding that she “gets along really well with her clients.” In 2018, Nicole was profiled in Crain’s New York inaugural list of the Best Women Attorneys in NYC.
Nicole earned a BBA from the Ross School of Business Administration at the University of Michigan in 1999 and graduated from Fordham University Law School in 2002. Nicole lives on Long Island with her husband Russell and two children, Jason and Abby.

Gaurav has over 20 years of experience leading core financial and operational restructuring assignments ranging from Fortune 100 companies to middle-market corporations. He is currently EY US Restructuring Leader, EY Americas Reshaping Results Leader and Senior Managing Director for EY Capital Advisors LLC. Prior to this he held roles at Macquarie Capital and Giuliani Capital Advisors LLC.
Gaurav has significant experience in the execution of complex restructuring assignments and negotiating with disparate parties in multi-party negotiations, as well as advising numerous boards of directors and C-suite clients in evaluating in-court and out of court restructuring alternatives. His restructuring experience spans across multiple sectors and includes expert testimony, business plan feasibility, creditor negotiations, liquidity planning, cost reduction, distressed M&A, as well as Chapter 11 and Chapter 9 restructurings. Gaurav is currently working with companies in the automotive, industrial products, travel/leisure, pharmaceutical and logistics sectors.
Gaurav holds an MBA from Cape Western Reserve University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is a member of both the Turnaround Management Association and the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors.

Mark Williams is Chief Revenue Officer, Americas at Datasite, a position he has held since 2015. In his role, Mark is responsible for setting and executing the sales strategy across the region, including leading over 130 sales representatives and sales leaders across the United States, Canada and Latin America. He is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to joining Datasite, Mark held several sales leadership roles in a variety of SaaS companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at SmartFocus, a cloud-based digital marketing platform provider. Prior, Mark was Vice President of Sales for Kno, an Andreesen Horowitz backed Education Technology startup, acquired by Intel. Mark graduated with a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Humberside University, England.

Richard Goldman is a Senior Legal Analyst with Debtwire where he is responsible for tracking dozens of high profile in-court and out-of-court restructurings across various industries and sectors,including retail, E&P, healthcare, and automotive. In his role, Richard is responsible for analyzing the reorganization and litigation strategies, as well as key judicial opinions, that shape today’s Chapter 11 landscape. Prior to joining Debtwire in 2015, Richard was a restructuring and litigation attorney, practicing in the New York offices of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Togut, Segal & Segal LLP, where he represented debtors, official committees, lenders, purchasers and trustees in several high-profile restructurings. Richard holds a BS from Cornell University and earned his JD from Brooklyn Law School where he graduated cum laude.
